**The Magic**

But we do want to take the taboo away. It is such a waste to ignore thousands of years of knowledge from our ancestors and tribes from around our world.

I realize medicines grow and live all around me.

Food doesn’t grow in the supermarket. The whole process is vital. From seed to apple, from mycelium to mushroom, from egg to chicken.

Food has got way more nutrients when it is biological and not genetically modified. It may not look as amazing, perfect size and huge yields. But a natural apple is allot healthier.

Flora and fauna can be even more healthy when the surroundings are have been good. Flora & Fauna is mostly made of water and water has got crystals. These crystals are way stronger when the right resonance has been and is in in and around it.

This means even music can make a plant grow faster and be healthier.

Other frequenties

Other frequenties like wifi, G3, G5, radio, microwave or in other words, electricity can cause disharmony in the body and mind. It can cause headaches, feeling sick, pain in muscles, lack of concentration, creativity and a general feeling of stress. The crystals in your body react to it instantaneously, the receptors in the brain work with electricity, so in that way it makes sense too. Most of us are ‘used to it’ and will only notice the difference once we really are swimming, running, climbing in nature. So if you are in nature, take off your shoes and enjoy ‘the music’.

Creative productivity

In NASA studies it has been proven 1 plant in your vicinity increases your creative productivity by 12%! Can you imagine what happens when you are outside? Your mind gets into a flow. The diversity of smell, colors, sounds and touch (wind etc.) bring us in harmony with the now.

And *‘In the now’* is where the flow state is at its best.

Please do your own research. If you don’t want to read boring studies, youtube it, truly amazing magic happening in nature. Some explain it with science, some with energies, others with religion, but the fact remains the same. The earth is an extension of ourselves.

The body & mind reflect each other. They are connected, it seems obvious, but most of us forget how powerful this knowledge is. 

Every sigh, itch, body movement and posture are a direct result of what goes on in the mind. This goes both ways. When we see someone in a certain body posture, it is common that we unconsciously copy that posture. After that the mind follows, with that also our emotions.

Being aware of this can be a great tool to get out of certain thought loops and to start sitting straight, have relaxed shoulders, butt cheeks etc.

Once you are aware you can change your body posture and your mind & emotions will follow. And the other way goes the same, think of the bright side, humor and your body starts to relax.

There is even laugh therapy where people just start laughing together. It is very infectious and also very freeing to stop being so serious.

So, if you are tense, start with the breath. Slowly full breath in, lift shoulders to the ears, tens up all face muscles aaand relaxxx.

If you like to have more tested tools, research yoga for example. It literally means: To connect / honor the mind & body. It is not a religion, it is a way of living. Of course there are many other ways than yoga, but since I’ve done yoga teacher training, I might just do a ‘daily wisdom’ about it. Or more. The wisdom of yoga alone is very freeing (for many).
